Michael Powers is a dynamic Lighting Designer and Programmer based in New York City, known for his exceptional work in a variety of entertainment settings. Currently, he shines as the lighting designer and programmer for Norwegian Cruise Lines and as the Resident Lighting Designer for Syd Norman's Pour House.
Michael's talent has taken him around the globe, from live theatre and television to Netflix specials and international tours. He has a rich background, having served as the Lighting Designer and Director for "Criss Angel Raw! The Mindfreak Unplugged" and as Lighting Director for "Criss Angel Mindfreak Live! On Tour". Additionally, Michael has been the resident Lighting and Sound Director at The Orlando Repertory Theatre and the Assistant Technical Director for The Orlando International Fringe Festival, the largest theatre festival in North America.
